However with a few agreed practices we can make it work as an issue tracking system.
It works really well with SnagIt for screen captures because you can paste a screen capture staight into the topic.
When reporting an Issue Choose CompanyNameDev as the topic.
To close an issue change the topic to CompanyNameDevDone
Denote what program the issue is in using tags
Denote bug using tag bug
new feature using tag new-feature
Denote ready-to-test with tag ready-to-test
Denote top-priority with tag top-priority
To see all jobs for a tag , click on the tag.
When recording a job done, delete the ready-to-test tag and change the category to CompanyDevDone
